10 Week Training Plan

 

Sprint and Olympic Distance Training Plans

WTC are delighted to announce that from the 1st of July we will be running beginner / intermediate training plans for Sprint and Olympic distance triathlon. These training plans will be suitable for new and existing members and free to all, and have been prepared by elite athlete and UL graduate Kieran Jackson.

 

Registration

To sign up to either the sprint or olympic plan simply send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and let us know which plan you would like to follow. Plans will be sent out weekly and we have set up a Facebook and WhatsApp group to help members stay in touch and keep up to date with organised training sessions. Over the course of the 10 weeks we plan on running several coached sessions to help members get the most out of the program.

The 10 week plan is timed to finish with this year's club race, the sprint or olympic distance race held by Tried & Tested in Dungarvan on the 9th of September. We would encourage everyone interested in signing up to the program to also enter in the race.
