Q what kind? Where? When? What do you wear? Ans cant be at home, naked and chasing the mrs.

Whats your weekly millage? Hows it split up? Do you do intervals, tempo, track sessions?
I believe your running with Oge, has he brought you on? Could you take him in a race?

35'ish miles
interval = yes starting in 2 weeks, interval tuesdays. I can be seen looking like i'm having a fit around the tramore area
tempo = yes. I like 8 miles steady!
Track = no, too lazy to drive into town
No, I drag him down to my level
Yes, if the race was down hill. He can't run down hills.

hasn't been this much action in the run section of the forum since 2009 :D

Whats you favorite session? Could you take me in a race?

Favourite session - short intervals with plenty of recovery/slow jogging in between.
